Welcome to Melodika. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Melodika mobile application ("App"), developed and maintained by Prince Verma ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Nature of the Service
Melodika is an offline, local audio playback application. The App is designed to read, organize, and play audio files that are already stored locally on your device's internal or external storage.
2. Copyright and Content Disclaimer
- No Content Provided: Melodika does not host, distribute, stream, download, or provide any music, audio files, or copyrighted material.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the audio files you play using the App. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to possess and play the audio files stored on your device.
- No Liability: The Developer shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from the user's personal audio collection.
3. Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is important to us. Melodika operates entirely offline. We do not collect, harvest, transmit, or sell your personal data, audio files, or usage habits to external servers. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The App itself, including its original code, user interface, design, algorithms, and branding are the exclusive property of Prince Verma and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute the App's source code without explicit written permission.
5. Prohibited Activities
While using Melodika, you agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the App.
- Attempt to inject malware, viruses, or malicious code into the App.
